Welcome to SchedAI. This Privacy Policy explains how Singularity Softwares ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use our SchedAI mobile application (the "App").
By using our App, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.

- Google Account Information: When you sign in with Google, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture as provided by Google
- User ID: A unique identifier assigned to your account for authentication purposes
- Task Data: We collect and store the tasks you create, including task titles, descriptions, due dates, priority levels, repeat settings, reminders, and completion status
- Voice Input: When you use voice features, your voice commands are processed to create tasks (voice data is not stored)

- App Permissions: Notification permissions, alarm permissions, and microphone access (for voice features)

Where We Store Data

- Authentication Data: Managed by Firebase Authentication and Google Sign-In with industry-standard security measures
- Local Storage: Some preferences and cached data are stored locally on your device
Security Measures
- All data transmissions are encrypted using HTTPS/TLS protocols
- Database access is protected by Row-Level Security (RLS) policies
- User authentication uses secure OAuth 2.0 protocols
- API keys and credentials are never exposed in the client app
- Regular security audits and updates to maintain data protection
Note: While we implement industry-standard security measures, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
Data Retention
- Account Data: Retained for as long as your account is active
- Task Data: Retained until you delete individual tasks or your entire account
- Analytics Data: Anonymous analytics are retained for up to 14 months
- Crash Reports: Retained for up to 90 days for debugging purposes
- Deleted Data: When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may disclose your information only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: With third-party service providers (Google, Supabase, Firebase) who assist in operating our App, subject to strict confidentiality agreements

- Deletion: You can delete individual tasks or permanently delete your entire account through the App

Account Deletion

- Open the App and navigate to Account Settings
- Select "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision
Upon account deletion:
- All your tasks, schedules, and personal data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days
- Your authentication credentials will be revoked
- Anonymous analytics data may be retained for statistical purposes only
- This action cannot be undone

Children's Privacy
Our App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at contact.singularitysoftwares@gmail.com, and we will delete such information within 30 days.
International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ.
